The day before the fast

A lot of energy was spent today - way too much in my opinion if you are preparing for a 7 day fasting period. Everybody was running around gathering last minute supplies. The dry fasting time started at 0h00 on the 28th of November. No more food and water until we reach Las Palmas that will be done only after 7 days of sailing if we have good winds.
